As a Facility Maintenance Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with our Housekeeping team to maintain a pristine environment
  • Addressing guest cleanliness concerns and ensuring prompt resolutions
  • Overseeing the cleaning of hallways, guest areas, parking lots, and service zones
  • Coordinating with the maintenance department for necessary repairs
  • Restocking supplies as needed

Key Responsibilities

The cleanliness of our facilities is paramount at Biltmore Farms, LLC. It requires a dedicated team to achieve this daily, and as a Facility Maintenance Associate, you play a vital role in our cleanliness efforts. Ideal candidates should be strong collaborators. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is advantageous.

Basic Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices and general cleaning methods is essential.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and engage in continuous walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Regular interaction with cleaning agents and solvents is required.
