Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at the Beckley Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

• • Create and modify menus to meet guest preferences and dietary restrictions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Skills: Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and broiling
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including kitchen equipment and food supplies
