Essential Job Requirements
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely or with assistance; capable of standing and bending for extended periods while performing manual tasks.
- Work Hours: Full-time employment (40+ hours/week).

Key Responsibilities
- Timely execution of job responsibilities.
- Ensure quality workmanship that meets or exceeds established standards.
- Conduct final inspections of production components.
- Adhere to AS9100 quality management system.
- Operate company forklifts and production equipment upon receiving training.
- Perform routine maintenance as directed.
Safety and Quality Assurance
- Work safely and eliminate hazardous conditions; adhere to company safety protocols.
- Maintain the highest quality standards in all tasks performed.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality system procedures.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Facilitate effective communication between Quality and Production departments.
- Conduct final inspection and packaging of products prior to customer delivery.
- Complete maintenance checklists and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and requisition supplies as instructed by supervisors.
- Accurately manage the MES system as directed.
- Arrive punctually and be willing to work overtime as necessary.
- Assist in the monthly inventory process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to conduct visual inspections with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Understanding of general manufacturing processes and their impact on part quality.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
- Ability to generate inspection reports and utilize computer-aided measuring systems.
- General knowledge of routine and preventative maintenance for equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Capability to perform receiving and final inspections.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
