Financial Director

Green Hill Builders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to oversee all financial aspects of the company. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly reconciliation of all financial books and records
• Annual budgeting, including monthly auditing and reporting
• Work with our CPA Firm to manage quarterly estimate tax payments, administer Sales Tax/Use Tax compliance, and develop internal controls for expenses, reporting, and financial transactions
• Manage insurance renewals and local business permits and fees
• Lead a monthly meeting for Owners reviewing fiscal performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a controller or full charge accountant
• Experience in accounting for small businesses or finance, business, or accounting degree, with mastery of financial principles

Benefits:

• Annual salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00
• Part-time schedule: 6-8 hour shift, 3 days a week
