About the Role

Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Fabrication Device Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assembly floor operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Setup and operate a range of fabricating devices, including CNC machines and other technical equipment.
  2. Verify product quality by checking against specifications using measuring devices.
  3. Stage products in designated areas, adhering to production schedules.
  4. Record any product-related issues or quality system problems.
  5. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following 5s and Safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a factory setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

This position offers an estimated hourly wage of $15.00 - $18.00, based on location and experience.
