Job Title: Assistant Manager

Wingstop is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning, organizing, and executing daily operations to achieve sales, cost, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
  • Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Inspect equipment, facilities, and products to ensure they meet company standards and report any issues to the Store Manager.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and employee relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing labor costs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
