Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families, with a focus on oncology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of the organization and support our mission, values, and patient care services.
Responsibilities- Implement a plan of care based on the patient's physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services
- Collaborate with patients and families to promote patient-centered care
- 1 year of nursing experience, with oncology experience preferred
- Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure and Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification within 90 days of hire
Nights (7p-7a), every other weekend, with as-needed call requirements
