The Brennan Center for Justice is seeking an experienced Counsel to join our Judiciary Program. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical issues related to the U.S. Supreme Court, including term limits and ethics reform.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in law, policy, and advocacy, as well as excellent research and writing skills. A commitment to civil rights and racial equity is essential for this role.

The salary range for this position is $110,200 - $145,100 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and wellness perks.

In this role, you will work closely with our Director, Judiciary Program, to advance our mission and achieve our goals.
