Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Reliant Healthcare Group. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients aged 0-20.
  • Monitor vital signs and provide safe and competent care.
  • Ensure that the plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.
  • Update the office regarding clarification of medications, changes in condition, and medical appointments.
  • Educate families on medical care and training.

Qualifications:

  • Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.
  • American Red Cross CPR certification required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator, etc.).
  • Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds.
  • The ability to work in a home environment.
  • EMR charting (no paper notes).
