About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in Springfield, MO.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a heart for caring for others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our geriatric clients in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping.
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care or clinical setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of $15 + per hour.
