ER/ICU Veterinary Technician Job Description

VCA South Shore Weymouth Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled ER/ICU Veterinary Technician to join our team at our busy, 24-hour emergency/referral/multi-specialty and general practice in South Weymouth, Massachusetts.

We are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procedural anesthesia monitoring
  • Full Technician Skill Utilization
  • Collecting patient histories & thorough physical exams
  • Venipuncture / IVC placement
  • Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
  • Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
  • Providing compassionate care for all patients
