What you will do in this role:
\u2022 Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
\u2022 Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
\u2022 Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
\u2022 Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
\u2022 Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
\u2022 Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
Qualifications:
\u2022 Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
\u2022 Current Montana state licensure as Registered Nurse.
\u2022 BLS certification
\u2022 CRRN Preferred
\u2022 Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
\u2022 Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
