At Principle Enterprises, we are seeking experienced Water Transfer Technicians to join our field crew. Based in Canonsburg, PA, this role primarily involves working in Clarksburg, Morgantown, and Wheeling, WV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate water transfer services for clients, ensuring efficient and environmentally sound operations.
  • Maintain pumps, valves, flow meters, telemetry, and other Company-owned equipment, performing minor repairs and inspections as needed.
  • Install and monitor water transfer equipment, minimizing downtime and operating costs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $16-$20, with an estimated annual salary of $55,000-$80,000 (including overtime and incentives).
  • A consistent 12-hour schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, with day shift hours from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM and night shift differential pay ($1/hour) for evening shifts.
