Critical Care Nurse Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Allina Health Systems. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
- You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practices that improve patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
