We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Team Member to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Bakery Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and preparing product for sale, including rotating and stocking shelves to maintain a fresh and appealing display.
  • Maintaining the Bakery area and displays, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Selling product in support of WFM standards, including providing excellent customer service and answering customer questions.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including counting and recording inventory levels.
  • Performing opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, including ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
