About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Service Specialist to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and battery testing
  • Work as part of a team to provide quick and easy services to our guests
  • Participate in our award-winning training program to develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
