Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Claremont Unified. Compensation Package
This position comes with a competitive salary of $24.62 per hour, providing a stable foundation for your career growth. The estimated annual salary is approximately $50,944 based on a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Conduct thorough observations and assessments to inform treatment strategies and ensure student progress
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote positive behavior and reinforce desired skills
- Maintain accurate records and reports to facilitate effective communication and data-driven decision-making
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Registered Behavior Technician
