Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Group Fitness Coach to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness Princeton.

This part-time role involves teaching high-intensity interval workouts to groups of clients, providing guidance on exercise technique and safety, and maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere during sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physiology, exercise science, and interpersonal communication skills. A certification in group fitness instruction is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering predesigned workouts to groups of 36 clients
  • Energizing and motivating clients throughout the sessions
  • Building OTF attendance and retaining current clientele
  • Ensuring safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
