Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.

Job Summary

This role involves providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective total nursing care to all patients.
  • Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
  • Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control.
  • Administer medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy.
  • Perform and fulfill all Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
