Job Summary:
Credit Manager at BB BHF STORES LLC will oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring timely renewal payments and maintaining company standards for renewals, delinquencies, and store collections. The successful candidate will also assist in managing store personnel, prepare daily work schedules, and enforce company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and maintain customers through effective communication and customer service
• Assist in managing store personnel and direct activities of employees as needed
• Prepare and review store reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local statutes
• Ensure company standards for renewals, delinquencies, and store collections are satisfied
• Fill out paperwork for submission to corporate support
• Follow monthly marketing plans and maintain internal quality control standards
• Manage customer accounts and negotiate conflicts
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively with employees and customers

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in Rent-to-Own, retail, or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, sales, and merchandising
• Effective organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Good communication skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in person and over the phone
• Proficient navigational skills with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements
• Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates
