The Matian Firm, APC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Associate Consular Processing Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our Immigration Team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex immigration cases, including Consular Processing and Waiver applications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workload of CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa.
- Prepare clients for their consulate interview.
- Represent clients before USCIS.
- Review immigration applications/packets prepared.
- Manage team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations.
- Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits.
- Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases.
- At least 1 to 4 years of Immigration Law Experience.
- A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with your fellow associates.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
- Record of moving legal cases forward and an ability to manage a caseload.
- Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers.
- Experience with Case Management Software is preferred.
