Job Title: Construction Estimator

Actalent is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct construction estimating, quantity take-offs, and cost management
  • Work closely with the team to ensure accurate estimates and project completion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating and cost management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Planswift and other construction software
