About the Role
This exciting opportunity as an Electrophysiology Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing the treatment of heart disease through cutting-edge medical technologies in atrial fibrillation. As part of Abbott's Electrophysiology (EP) business, you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to provide expert clinical support, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance patient care.

Salary & Benefits
The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. Responsibilities
This key role involves providing engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff regarding EP products. Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and implementing effective, cost-efficient, and best business practices to execute processes;
• Providing expert clinical interface between the medical community and the business;
• Demonstrating ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and sharing product expertise accordingly;
• Developing, leading, and/or facilitating trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals;
• Assisting Sales with advanced product demonstrations to visiting physicians and sales personnel;
• Staying current on developments in the field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, and company and competitor products, markets, and objectives as well as industry trends;

Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience;
• Ability to become certified on EP products;
• A minimum of two years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries;
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures;
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol;
• Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19;
