Customer Service:

  • Facilitates the opening of deposit accounts, processes teller transactions, accepts loan applications, addresses customer inquiries, resolves issues, and identifies cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Completes all transactions in accordance with established guidelines and prepares necessary documentation.
  • Handles incoming calls, taking messages, forwarding calls, or providing assistance to customers as required.
  • Authorizes loans within designated limits or refers them to the appropriate lender for approval.
  • Participates in cross-training in various areas to provide support as needed, ensuring high-quality customer service.
Operational Duties:

  • Possesses a thorough understanding of banking regulations related to deposit and loan products.

  • Maintains compliance with bank policies, procedures, goals, and objectives, while upholding customer confidentiality.
