Job Title: Hepatology APP

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hepatology APP to join our team at Ohio Gastroenterology Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical evaluations, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with our team of physicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and medical histories
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care
  • Document patient information and treatment plans in electronic medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current Nurse Practitioner License from the Ohio Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience working in a medical office or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced medical office environment and may be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Physical Demands:

The successful candidate will be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and bend frequently.
