Penn State Health is seeking a highly qualified Emergency Medicine Medical Education Fellow to join our team at our Hershey, PA campus. As a member of our academic faculty, you will have the opportunity to participate in resident and medical student education, contribute to innovative educational approaches, and engage in dynamic clinical practice.
Responsibilities- Participate in the development and implementation of educational programs for residents and medical students
- Contribute to the design and delivery of educational content, including lectures, workshops, and simulations
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement educational initiatives
- Engage in research and scholarly activities related to medical education
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
- Completion of accredited training program in Emergency Medicine
- Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
