About the Role

The Indiana Donor Network is on the lookout for a dedicated Organ Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to enhance our mission of saving and improving lives through organ, tissue, and eye donation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations align with regulatory standards while contributing to life-saving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of donor records to verify accuracy and compliance with established regulations and internal protocols.
  • Compile and generate reports for the organization and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and precise dissemination of information.
  • Manage data entry tasks within both internal and external database systems to support compliance and reporting needs.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge. Preferred qualifications include medical experience (such as RN/LPN, Paramedic, RT) or certification in organ and tissue procurement. Experience in medical records management, quality assurance, and clinical data coordination is highly desirable.
