- Hold a degree from an accredited medical institution and possess Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Infectious Diseases.
- Have a valid medical license in the State of Connecticut and be eligible for DEA and state narcotic registration.
- Deliver exceptional patient care efficiently and effectively.
- Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient demographic with intricate needs within a collaborative framework.
- Exhibit a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely clinical documentation.
- Make informed clinical decisions based on evidence and adhere to departmental and organizational quality standards.
- Utilize electronic health records and other digital systems proficiently.
- Demonstrate a resourceful and problem-solving mindset, along with a suitable level of accountability.
- Be open to undertaking additional responsibilities as required.
- Preferred candidates will have over three years of experience in an outpatient setting or urgent care, with a strong preference for those who are bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited medical school and Board Certification in Internal Medicine is essential.
