Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply sales strategies to grow CC's antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites
  • Perform CC services at customer facilities, including handling of pump hoses, pumping of antifreeze containers, and operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle on a daily basis
  • Pick up waste drums of varying sizes and weights using CC-approved material handling equipment
  • Provide customer service and new business development in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company
  • Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
  • Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
  • Service existing customers by delivering varying types of new antifreeze, recycled, collecting used antifreeze, and related tasks
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts
  • Assess potential customer needs, present CC products and services to customers, and develop new customers
  • Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing
  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including environmental, health, and safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance
Requirements
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT
  • Route sales experience highly preferred
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
  • Occasional pulling/dragging of hoses out of truck up to 100ft at a time (10-40lbs)
  • Pushing/pulling hand trucks or jacks to move product in and out of trucks
