Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Northfield Retirement Community. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Administer medication and monitor vital signs
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfer tasks
  • Engage residents in activities and provide emotional support

Requirements:

  • Prior nursing or medical experience required
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Must be able to pass MN Background Check
