We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to building maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and custom work. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our community is well-maintained and that our residents are satisfied with the services we provide.

• Some carpentry experience
• Basic tools and reliable transportation
• Honest, good communicator, problem-solving skills
