About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of our beverages in retail stores across our territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
  • Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
  • Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Secure damaged or defective product while maintaining a clean product space.
  • Ensure accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms and organizing backstock.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
