Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our school-based team in Arlington, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with students with various sensory, motor, and cognitive challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify sensory, motor, and cognitive impairments affecting students' ability to engage in school activities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students on a part-time basis, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities and routines.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development and review of student-specific goals and objectives.
- Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification in Washington.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
