We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Kettler Enterprises, Inc. in Duluth, GA.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet prospective residents and provide property tours to showcase our exceptional community.
- Develop and execute effective outreach marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Create engaging social media content to foster a sense of community among residents and promote our brand.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with resident retention and support efforts to partner with local businesses and organizations.
- Process lease applications and qualify residents to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Support the Community Manager with general office maintenance and administrative tasks.
- Resolve resident concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.
