Job Summary

We're seeking a PT Service Associate to join our team at our State College store. As a key member of our front-end team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
