Therapist - Family Preservation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our Family Preservation Services Program in the McPherson area. As a Therapist, you will work with children and families to provide trauma-informed support and guidance in creating safe and stable environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings, utilizing evidence-based assessments to develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with public and private agencies, as well as community partners, to ensure comprehensive support for families.
- Support families in crisis through 24-hour on-call rotations and interventions, ensuring timely documentation for client case records and reports.
- Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff, utilizing technology to maintain electronic client files and data.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
- Flexible scheduling and remote work opportunities.
- 20 days of personal leave in your first year, increasing to 25 days after one year.
- 11 paid holidays.
