Job Summary

Prolink is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting general and preventative maintenance and repairs on facility and facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility machines and equipment.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Rebuild and replace centrifugal and air diaphragm pumps.
  • Perform inspections on overhead cranes and hoist.
  • Repair faulty equipment and damaged structures.
  • Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
  • Plan and schedule repairs.
  • Secure quotations.
  • Order replacement parts and electrical components.
  • Maintain a safe and clean facility.
  • Operate machinery in a safe manner.
  • Maintain 6S standards in all work stations.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong maintenance background in both mechanical and electrical side of a wide range of CNC and manual machinery.
  • Knowledge of TPM concepts.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Mechanical inclination.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal and written communication.
