Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a full-time Billing Specialist to join our billing department. This position entails a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our billing operations, including:
- Handling Incoming Inquiries: Delivering prompt and professional support to callers regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Payment Processing: Accurately managing and recording payments received from both patients and insurance companies.
- Claims Submission: Overseeing the filing of insurance claims, adhering to established protocols to maximize reimbursement efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with various office tasks such as data entry, document organization, and report creation.
