At Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, we are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Service Department. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing defects in air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Our full-time work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (normally), with a clean and organized company truck and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose defects in air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial properties
  • Replace/repair defective parts including thermostats, fan controls, damper motors, filters, compressors, pressure controls, and safety valves
  • Installation of new air conditioning systems
  • Maintain good communication with dispatch and management
  • Keep company truck clean and organized
  • Manage truck inventory
  • Maintain a professional appearance
Qualifications:
  • EPA Certification
  • Five or more years of HVAC technician experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Drug-free
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
