Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot
* Assist members with their purchases, including answering questions, processing transactions, and loading vehicles
* Ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked, faced, and maintained in a clean and organized manner
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed
