We are a privately-owned, 3-doctor small-animal practice in Rural Hall, North Carolina, seeking a DVM who shares our commitment to patient care and customer service. Our hospital is equipped with digital radiographs, IDEXX Lab suite, companion laser therapy, dental radiographs, and ultrasound.

We are open to starting an integrative part of our practice, and we receive referrals for our work with FIP treatment and follow-up. Our benefits include 100% paid health and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, paid sick time, a simple IRA, continuing-education allowance, and paid time off.

We strive to support a healthy work-life balance for all of our employees. Our staff-to-doctor ratio is 3:1, and your assistants are highly trained to take radiographs, place IV catheters, draw blood, intubate surgical patients, read ear and urine cytology, perform medical treatments as needed, and run in-house blood analyzers.

We schedule a daily 2-hour break for catch-up and lunch, and our last appointment is scheduled at 5:00 pm so that everyone goes home at 6:00 pm. We welcome new ideas and therapies, particularly integrative medicine, and interest in surgery is welcome but not necessary.

Our hospital is located in a beautiful area with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and cultural events. We are close to Wake Forest University, sports complexes, and performing arts venues. We are an easy drive from Winston-Salem to the eclectic mountain town of Asheville and the Biltmore Estate or the metropolitan cities of Charlotte or Raleigh.
