About the PositionNortheastern State University College of Optometry invites applications for a non-tenure track faculty position in the clinics of the Rural Eye Program.
Responsibilities- Direct patient care
- Clinical education duties
- Administrative activities to manage clinical operations
The clinical assignments will be in one of the Cherokee Nation tribal health facilities in the northeast Oklahoma area.
Requirements- O.D. degree
- Eligibility for licensure to practice the full scope of Optometry in Oklahoma
Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a residency program. Administrative experience in a private practice setting is desired.

An anticipated start date as agreed upon if offered the position.
Please note that applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
