Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brothers Manufacturing. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing daily repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and sustain physical demands
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated annual salary: $74,560
  • Medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits after 60 days
  • Training provided
  • PTO after 90 days
  • Brothers Profit Sharing after 1 year
