Job Summary

Anchor Behavioral Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Therapist - ABA Specialist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collecting data to track progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data and graph data as instructed using Rethink Behavior Health software
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
  • Perform general clerical duties, including maintaining accurate client records and preparing clear and concise reports
Requirements
  • Experience working with children aged 2-12
  • Ability to carry and/or lift at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods of time
  • Visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through a computer, electronic devices, and paper means
  • Ability to work various hours and shifts, including working up to 6:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
  • Additional certification as a special education teacher, school social worker, or school psychologist in the state of New Jersey
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
