Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical nutrition therapy under the supervision of Registered Dietitians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RDs, rehabilitation specialists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and food service directors.
- Provide education to nursing, rehabilitation, and food service teams.
- Conduct clinical assessments and food service evaluations.
- Offer individualized maternal-child health consultations.
