Job Description

The Property Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are clean, well-maintained, and meet our high standards. This includes assisting with resident interactions, resolving conflicts, and providing excellent customer service.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Property Operations Specialist will also be tasked with:

  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the Community Director and other team members as needed.
  • Communications: Managing resident communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

We offer a competitive salary of $$50,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission and bonus potential. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, career development opportunities, retirement with company match, paid time off, vehicle allowance, and cell phone reimbursement.
