About the Job:

Ellie Mental Health is a leading provider of mental health services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team, working nights to provide support and guidance to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Conduct ongoing documentation, including case notes and treatment plan reviews
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team to further our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other relevant parties as needed
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Current Texas-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Ability to pass a background check
