{"Responsibilities": "At Elevation Church, we're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Media Team. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and executing graphic content that aligns with our global ministry. Your expertise will be essential in designing engaging graphics for social media, TV, YouTube, advertisements, and other platforms to support campaigns, events, and programs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all graphics are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet our communication goals. Your creative input will be invaluable in planning and strategy sessions, and you'll be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and tools is also crucial for this role.

Must-Haves:

* Active participation in a church, demonstrating a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Great time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma).
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Proactive and excellent ability to problem-solve.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting.

Day-to-Day:

* We're a Sunday-Thursday work environment, with Monday-Thursday office hours (8:30AM - 5PM) and Sunday support for the weekend worship experience.
