Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Highfields Inc. in Livingston County. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.

About Us

Highfields Inc. is a supportive and collaborative work environment where you will receive ongoing team support, training, and supervision in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model. Our team thrives on learning and growing every day, working with a small caseload of families.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work holistically with families, youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement MST as designed.
  • You will receive paid mileage, license supervision, paid licensing practice exam, seminar, and final exam, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(k), student loan forgiveness qualifying employer, and work-life balance.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or directly related field, state licensure commensurate with required degree, one year or more experience in providing counseling services to children and families, and a valid driver's license are required for this position.
