Job Title: Nurse Navigator

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Navigator to join our team in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized RN to work as a Nurse Navigator in our Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplant program. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding patients and their families through the complexities of the transplant process, ensuring seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including pre-transplant work-up, medical clearance, and admission.
  • Collaborate with the Transplant Search Coordinator to initiate Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) typing and facilitate donor searches.
  • Work with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) Case Manager to coordinate unrelated donor workups and product delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for MGH clinicians, advanced practice providers, lab technologists, and social work staff.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case review meetings and maintain precise and organized records.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Massachusetts.
  • At least two years of experience in Hematopoietic Cell Therapy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a job share partner.
